All sales are final. Akire is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are with USPS or other third-party carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 24 hours of receiving. After reviewing the issue, we will get in touch with you regarding the next steps. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Before completing your purchase, please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package is returned to us due to address errors (including missing apartment numbers or incorrect address), no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
